Who is eligible?
You are eligible if you are a Virginia resident 60 years or older and your income falls below 185% of the Federal Poverty Line:

How do I apply?
Applications open June 1, 2025, and all applications must be submitted on or before September 30, 2025. Please complete only ONE (1) application. Duplicate applications will slow down the application review process.
