Executive Assistant & Office Manager
FRESHFARM is excited to offer a new opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit administration, all while supporting stronger food systems in the DMV. The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will report to and support the Executive Director with a wide range of administrative tasks. They will also oversee the usability of our main office and execution of key operations and finance processes. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical and communications skills, as well as the ability to learn new processes and systems.

Tae-Gu Kimchi – Sales Team Member
Tae-Gu Kimchi is a woman-owned business bringing authentic, small-batch Napa cabbage kimchi to farmers markets across the DMV, and they’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join their farmers market sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, engaging with people, and working in a fast-paced, community-driven environment. Team members will represent Tae-Gu Kimchi at markets throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, offering samples, talking with customers, sharing knowledge about their products, and handling sales. They’re looking for people who love being outside, are personable and reliable, and are excited about sharing all the great things about kimchi. Compensation includes market-day pay, sales bonuses, and tips, along with a free bag of Tae-Gu Kimchi to take home. Weekday and weekend markets are available.
