FRESHFARM Employment Positions
Food Access Program Senior Manager
FRESHFARM is seeking an experienced, adaptive team leader with strong project management skills to help oversee our food access and incentive programming! FRESHFARM’s Food Access team administers the programs such as Produce Plus, FreshMatch, Free Summer Meals, Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP). These programs provide locally grown fruits and vegetables from farmers markets to residents with limited access to fresh, nutritious food. The Food Access Program Senior Manager will ensure that FRESHFARM’s food access and incentive programming is efficient, equitable, and effective by overseeing program implementation, partnership management, and team development and supervision. Successful candidates will be experienced leaders who are passionate about FRESHFARM’s mission and work, and who have at least 1 year of previous supervisory experience (3+ years preferred).

FoodPrints Classroom Assistant (Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027 Semester)
Interested in growing your food education skills? FoodPrints is looking for interns, volunteers, and/or Federal Work Study students to join our program as Classroom Assistants! FoodPrints Classroom Assistants work directly with FoodPrints Lead Teachers to facilitate preschool – 5th grade classes that provide hands-on experiences for local students to grow, harvest, cook, and eat nutritious, fresh, local, and seasonal food. We are currently seeking Classroom Assistants to support the work of the FoodPrints program at one or more partner schools in Washington, DC during the 2026-27 school year. Evermore Orchard – Market Representative
Evermore Orchard is hiring! Help wanted Wednesdays at FRESHFARM Reston Market starting immediately. $20/hr plus free produce! Job includes operating point of sale device, weighing and bagging produce for customers, and some lifting (20-30lbs). Market hours are 3-7pm, shift is 2-7pm. Pearl Fine Teas – Market Representative
Pearl Fine Teas is hiring a part-time team member to represent them at weekend markets across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The job includes traveling to market locations, setting up and managing the sales booth, assisting customers, processing purchases, and packing up at the end of each event.
