FRESHFARM Employment Positions
Substitute Market Staff
Market Staff are the face of FRESHFARM at markets. They play a key role in the success and growth of markets and work as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, reporting to the Market Personnel Manager. Substitute Market Staff fill in open shifts as needed at any of our 20+ markets, typically working an average of 1-3 shifts per month.
Successful candidates will be creative problem solvers, clear communicators, collaborative team members, and passionate about creating inclusive community spaces all about regional, accessible, fresh food. Previous experience in customer service, retail, food & ag, or foreign language aptitude, specifically Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus, but not required.

Our farmers and producers frequently share job openings with us. The following market farmers and producers currently have positions available. Please note, these are NOT FRESHFARM positions; you would be hired directly by the vendor. Please direct all questions regarding these positions to the vendors themselves.
RavenHook Bakehouse – Bakery Assistant
RavenHook Bakehouse is seeking a hard-working and team oriented bakery assistant for 30-35 hours per week. No previous bakery experience required.
RavenHook Bakehouse are looking for a person to work 3-4 days a week in their kitchen to pack products, organize their inventory in the walk-in freezer and cooler, assist in pastry or bread production, wash dishes, and help keep the kitchen clean. The position requires the employee to be able to lift 50 pounds, remain on their feet for extended periods, arrive on time, and uphold the positive work environment they foster.
