Chris’ Marketplace is a small food business, focused on value-added seafood products, including crab cakes that have been featured in such fine food magazines as Saveur and Gourmet as the best in the world. They also make delicious empanadas, soups, and dips. Owner Chris Hoge sources his seafood from the Chesapeake Bay. Fun fact: a character in the Taken movie franchise is quoted as missing “Chris’ crab cakes” more than anything else while in captivity.
