The FRESHFARM Feast is going virtual! On Friday, November 13th at 7pm, join Executive Chef Marcelle Afram of Compass Rose + Michelin-starred Maydan for a virtual online cooking demonstration. Chef Marcelle will show you how to make a delicious, farmers market-sourced meal using tips and tricks from the Maydan and Compass Rose kitchens. This event is free for all to attend!
If you would like to recreate the recipe at home, you can purchase a special Feast Market Box filled with the market goods that will be used in the selected recipe. Feast boxes are limited so order one ASAP! Boxes will be delivered directly from the farmers market to your residence (within the I-495 Beltway).
