You are eligible if you are a DC resident 60 years or older and your income falls below 150% of the Federal Poverty Line:

How can I sign up?
DC Senior FMNP is part of the Capital Area Food Bank’s (CAFB) Grocery Plus program. Grocery Plus provides eligible residents with 30-40 pounds of free, healthy groceries each month. During the summer months, participants receive the Senior FMNP benefit. Grocery Plus applications must be processed in person at a Grocery Plus distribution site or at the East Capitol Walk-In Center one month prior to receiving the Senior FMNP benefit. Important Dates
DC Senior FMNP enrollment occurs year-round through the Grocery Plus program. Below are key dates for interested DC Senior FMNP participants:

- June 1st: The program starts at participating farmers markets across Washington, DC and Maryland. Visit DC Senior FMNP Locations to learn more.
- September 30th: This is the last day for participants to receive their benefit.
- November 30th: This is the last day for participants to spend their benefit.
