Talking Breads is both farm and bakery. Shana and Joe Amsterdam raise pastured poultry as well as prepare baked goods and artisinal breads made with local grains milled on the farm. In support of sustainable local agricuture, Talking Breads uses freshly milled organic, whole grain and whole wheat rye and spelt flours sourced from mid-Atlantic growers, inlcuding their own farm.
