Peggy Savage created Savagely Good Handmade Treats in 2009, after a few very imressive accolades: her lemon bread recipe was published in Taste of the South magazine, and she brought home numerous blue ribbons for her fudge and baked goods at the Arlington County Fair and the Virginia State Fair. Today, Savagely Good’s best selling products include pies, quiches, savory tarts, and cinnamon rolls, using the best seasonal local fruit, vegetables, and farm eggs, and exceptionally high quality cream and butter. Her baked goods are small batch, hand made. and without artificial preservatives, no cheap commercial ingredients, and no partially hydrogenated anything!
