Nicole, the owner and founder of Nicole’s Kitchen, was a former scientist turned baker. Her experiments now happen in the kitchen. As the pandemic began, she started reaching out to friends by doing door-to-door deliveries of whatever sweet treats she thought they would enjoy.
The last few years have made Nicole realize that baking is how she wanted to connect with people. She specializes in breakfast treats, cookies, brownies, ice cream, and sorbet.
