Jennifer’s Favorite Dressing

Balsamic dressing with Dijon for extra flavor

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar (Lambrusco Red Wine Vinegar is best)

1 clove garlic, mashed through a microplane or grater

1⁄4 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 teaspoon maple syrup

1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar (Lambrusco Red Wine Vinegar is best)

1 clove garlic, mashed through a microplane or grater

1⁄4 teaspoon salt

1⁄2 teaspoon maple syrup

1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid and shake well. Add more salt, maple syrup, or mustard to taste.
