Ingredients:
1 cup loosely packed cilantro (remove most of the stems)
1⁄2 cup sour cream, plain yogurt, or plain Greek yogurt
2 – 3 tbsp fresh lime juice (2 – 3 limes)
1-2 garlic cloves
1⁄4 cup olive oil
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp sugar
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste.
