Pan Roasted Baby Bok Choy

Place roasted bok choy on a bed of rice for a delicious dish

Directions:

Slice bok choy in half lengthwise. Heat oil in a heavy pan (preferably cast iron) over medium-high heat.

Add bok choy and sear, turning to brown on each side, until lightly browned and slightly wilted.

Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
