Lei Musubi, churning out delicious Hawaiian rice balls, is owned and operated by Vivien Bang. Musubis are filled with savory fillings then plopped onto the grill until the rice is crispy and golden brown on the outer layer. Musubis are then finished off with a coat of furikake (rice seasoning) and wrapped with green tea sea salted nori.
