Dulceology Bakery

Dulceology is a bakery founded by two sisters, Ale and Nicole, who were born in El Salvador. As immigrant children growing up in Silver Spring, they longed for nostalgic Latin sweets. Ale was enrolled in the entrepreneurship academy at Blair High School where she wrote her first business plan. In graduate school Ale won a business competition at GW University where the sisters began Dulceology. On September 15th, 2020, the sisters opened their first bakery shop in the Federal Hill neighborhood in Baltimore, MD.
