Founded by Bettina Stern and Suzanne Simon, Chaia is a female led, female run business that believes everything is better in a taco and that making the world a better place starts with the food we eat. Founded in 2013, Chaia uses local, seasonal ingredients offering a plant-based menu. From a stand at the FRESHFARM White House farmers market to their first Georgetown spot, Chaia now has two DC brick and mortars!
